Through an app named Ballot Box, my team created an ideal voting experience based around the persona’s wants and needs. This app enabled users find voter registration locations, understand who and what to vote for, locate polling, and cast their ballots.
Redesigning the Voter's Experience
To steer clear of the presidential debates, the voting experience mentioned is based around down-ticket voting, or voting for anyone below presidential. My team came up with an app called Ballot Box that can be used on multiple platforms. Through research, both primary and secondary, we created a persona and an ideal voting experience based around that persona's wants and needs within the 4 phases. The phase I focused on was "Who & What to Vote For".
